How to minimize application to the system tray
Click the “minimize to tray” eXtra Button on the caption of the window to be minimized. If you do not see this button, check the settings in eXtra Buttons options dialog.
Alternatively you may use corresponding system menu item. Right click on the window caption and then click “Minimize to tray”.
An application icon will appear in the system tray. To restore the window, just click on that icon.
When you have too many applications collapsed in your tray, it would be more useful to minimize to system tray menu. That will definitely save space in the tray.
